Increased efficacy in management in patients with a history of myocardial infarction: The PRIDE study

THE PRIDE Observational Study aimed to assess the effectiveness and tolerability of a single-pill combination of Bisoprolol and Perindopril in patients with arterial hypertension and a history of myocardial infarction.

The study enrolled patients who had a medical history of arterial hypertension and previously experienced a myocardial infarction. These patients were administered the Bisoprolol/Perindopril single-pill combination as part of their antihypertensive treatment. Parameters such as blood pressure control, incidence of cardiovascular events, and improvement in overall cardiac health were measured to assess the drug's impact on the participants.
